Personal Remote Monitoring & Maintenance (RMM) for Households
Our Personal RMM plan quietly keeps an eye on your computers so you don’t have to. We use the same tools we use to manage business networks—scaled to fit a home environment.
What Our Personal RMM Plan Typically Includes
- Health monitoring for enrolled computers (Mac and/or Windows)
- Automatic installation of security patches and critical updates
- Managed antivirus / endpoint protection (where appropriate)
- Monitoring of backup status so you know your data is actually protected
- Secure remote access so we can help without always needing a house visit
- Priority response for covered devices when something goes wrong
Why It Helps Home Users
- You don’t have to remember to “run updates” or worry if they broke something.
- You get early warning when a drive is failing or storage is filling up.
- Family members have a trusted place to call when something looks suspicious.
- You get business-grade protection for your personal photos, documents & finances.
We can cover a single computer or an entire household—desktops, laptops, and sometimes network equipment, depending on your setup. We’ll review your environment and recommend a practical plan that fits how you actually use your devices.

When Something Breaks: Guided Computer Repair
Not every failure is hardware. We evaluate the whole system to identify root causes—operating system and application conflicts, drive corruption, malware, insufficient RAM or storage, and true hardware faults.
If it’s a software or configuration issue, we’ll resolve it directly. If hardware repair is required, we’ll help you choose the best in-warranty or out-of-warranty path. We don’t perform physical hardware repairs ourselves, but we can recommend trusted local and national providers and coordinate with them so you don’t have to translate “tech speak.”
